Lucknow metro may start its commercial run from Independence day! 

This is a good news for those who want to travel in the Metro. According to reports, Lucknow Metro has got all the necessary NOCs. Metro Rail Corporation (LMRC) is getting ready for the commercial run. Lucknow Metro’s commercial run can start on Independence Day i.e., on or before August 15.

• It is being said that due to non-receipt of NOC, metro will be started between 8.5 km in phase one.
• This phase is ready with a cost of around 4 thousand crores.
• Only the formalities of running the metro remain the rest.
• All the trials are being done, some have already been completed.

Inspection of ten hours to give clearance

• Significantly, on Thursday, for the Lucknow Metro clearance, the railway metro safety commissioner (CMRS) had inspected ten days for the first time.
• He was in the depot for about nine hours.
• He is fully satisfied with the metro operation at the back-up control center here.
• Furthermore, he had seen the electricity house that will get electricity in the south south corridor.
• A four-member team of Lucknow Metro had questioned about the Communication Base Train Control System (CBTC).
• Metro officers to CMRS Satish Kumar Pandey and his team explained how the driver will run without the Metro in the future.
• Apart from this, if the metro driver moves, then the back-up control center will be able to control the Lucknow Metro.
• He examined the suburb of the Lucknow metropolis about the assault of the Metro, the safety of the personnel in Inspection Bay.
