The official Twitter page of Emmay Entertainment, which is co-producing the film with T-Series, shared a tweet, which reads, “#SatyamevaJayate, starring @TheJohnAbraham and @BajpayeeManoj and directed by @zmilap is coming your way this Independence day, 15th August 2018. Get ready for some intense action and power-packed dialoguebaazi.” The makers also shared a still from the film, in which Bajpayee is seen pointing a gun at Abraham.

Debutante actress Aisha Sharma will be seen in the film opposite Abraham.
She is reportedly going to the essay the role of a veterinarian and has been prepping diligently for her part. Satyameva Jayate is reported to be a cop drama and promises to be a power-packed-dialogues-infused action drama. Bajpayee had tweeted earlier:

Mid-Day, in one of its reports ,suggests that the makers of the film — Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Nikkhil Advani — were keen on keeping the film’s title as Satyameva Jayate, but were waiting for Aamir Khan (who hosted a socially-relevant TV show by the same name) to give a clean chit, which they have got now.
