Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanju has finally hit the screens today. The film is a biopic on Sanjay Dutt and shows the ups and downs of the actor from the 80s to his jail term.
The film also stars Anushka Sharma who plays the role of a biographer.
During the trailer launch of Sanju, the director of Sanju, Rajkumar Hirani revealed that Anushka plays his and Abhijat Joshi (co-writer of Sanju) in the film.
Today, Anushka took to her social media pages and shared a photo posing with Rajkumar.
Both are smiles in this sweet photo.

During an EXCLUSIVE interaction with Media house, when Rajkumar was asked about giving Anushka a different look, he stated that she is playing a biographer who comes from London.
He wanted to give her a look where she looks like an Indian who stayed in London and brought up there. He further said that he always like to play with the looks of the characters, in every film that he does.

When asked about Anushka’s reaction to her look,
Hirani said that the actor used to joke with him saying that,
‘Sir, you don’t like my hair, that’s why you keep putting this wigs on my head.’
In the end, Hirani said that Anushka looked cute in the film.
