Akshay Kumar and Mouni Roy who are the lead star of the movie ‘Gold’ will romance in the song Naino Ne Baandhi. The trailer of the film was release on June 19.
Gold is all set to release this Independence starring Akshay Kumar and Mouni Roy in the lead.
With just a few months left for the release, the team recently released the trailer which received a warm welcome by the critics and audiences alike.
Gold, written and directed by Reema Kagti tells the story of India’s first gold media after independence at the Olympics.
Akshay and team shot for the movie in London and Patiala for the most part and had a great time shooting for the period drama.
Naagin fame TV star Mouni Roy, who is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Akshay Kumar.
Akshay and Mouni Bengali attire in the song;
She will be romancing with Khiladi Kumar in the first song of the film.
The song will be unveiled on 6th July.
Yasser Desai has sung the song and it is written by Arko.
Apart from Akshay Kumar and Mouni Roy, Kunal Kapoor, Amit Sadh, Vineet Singh and Sunny Kaushal, are also a part of the movie.
Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar are the producer of Gold.
Recently, in an interview with Reema, when asked why did she chose Mouni for the role,
Kagti said that as soon as she saw the audition tape of Mouni, she was sure of her being perfect to play Tapan Das (performed by Akshay)’s wife.
Moving over, while Mouni will be seen in Brahmastra and RAW.
Akshay has Kesari, Housefull 4 among others in the pipeline.
Gold is a must watch movie.
