Film Padman, which is inspired from the life of Arunachalam Muruganantham, who revolutionized the concept of menstrual hygiene in rural India by creating a low-cost sanitary napkins machine is in the limelight nowadays.
Akshay Kumar will be seen sharing screen space with Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte in the film.
Few day’s before Akshay Kumar released few stills from ‘Padman’ featuring him along with his leading ladies Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte which gives a little idea about the background of the movie, the stills got a positive response from everyone.
The cast of the film are currently shooting in New York. We recently got a picture of Sonam and Akshay posing with their director R.Balki on the sets of the ‘Padman’. Sonam is seen in a maroon dress with a faded baby pink overcoat, along with black spectacles whereas Khiladi Kumar was looking great in a white shirt and a grey hoodie. Balki sports a black jacket.
The movie also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Sudhir Pandey and Maya Alagh in important roles and the film is to be released on 26th January 2018.
