Bhojpuri cinema is taking their level to next stage. Now apart making romantic movie they are trying a new version by making movie “Babbar”. It’s a story of a hero who comes to a city and fight against all the corruption. He is shown as a threat to all the criminals and corrupt people. If we talk about the actor of this film he is a common man who is just opposite to the role of “Babbar”.
The hero in this film will fight against all the corruption and illegal activities in his own way. The location for shooting this movie is Lucknow and all the places nearby for one month. The Shooting started on 5 June. The director Chandan Upadhaya shared these information during a press conference held on Tuesday.
A new aura of Bhojpuri Cinema:
“Babbar” will be shooted under the banner of Viraj Film Entertainment. Before Babbar Director Chandan Upadhaya’s movie was a romantic action packed film “Awara Balam” which was a hit. This is going to be Chandan Upadhaya’s first film based on city corruption and is a action thriller film. The film is fully inspired from the aura of bollywood and is going to be effective and family pack movie.
Babbar: a multi-starrer movie
Talking to the producer Vijay Kumar Gupta we came to know that other than Janeshawar and Ambedkar park the location for shooting this film is Banthara, Ashiyana and Sarojini Nagar. The film contains a wedding song, item song, romantic song as well as a emotional song. Two of the songs from this movie will be shooted in Bangkok. The film is expected to come on the floor during Durga Pooja. The lead actor of Babbar will be Arvind Akela ; Imran Hashmi of Bhojpuri Cinema.
He will play the role of Kallu hero. The role of his elder brother will be played by Vijay Kumar Gupta. The film will have to actresses Tanushri and Mohini Gosh. Tanushri will be opposite Arvind Akela whose pair we saw in “ Awara Balam” and was hit. Sanjay Pandey will play the role of villain. Brijesh Tripathi and Dinesh Tiwari will also be seen in a lead role.
Pawan Dubey who is handling all the promotional activities told that the music director of Babbar is Avinash Jha Ghunguru. The lyricist of the film is Manoj Matlabi, Munna Dubey, Sumit Chandravanshi and Ajit Mandal. The writer of the film Babbar is Chandan Upadhaya whereas the dialogues are given by Rajesh Pandey and the action hero is Amit Raj who is the production Manager of Yadav.
