The third installment of Race series has already gone on floors. Now the actor in a leading role, Bobby Deol shares a whole new and surprising avatar picture on social media and gave the credit to Salman Khan for the motivation.

After making two previous films, makers are planning the third installment of Race series. It was a buzz that Saif Ali Khan will repeat his character from the previous films. Shah Rukh Khan was offered a negative role in Race 3, but turned down the role, reportedly from lack of interest in playing another villain. In August 2017, it was revealed that Salman Khan would replace Saif Ali Khan in this installment, and Jacqueline Fernandez would also have a lead role, and Remo D’Souza would be directing the film. It was reported that Deepika Padukone had been approach for a role but had turned it down, who was then replaced by Daisy Shah. Later that month, D’Souza stated that the movie will be a stand-alone and would not be continuing events from the previous two films. On 11 October, it was announced that Bobby Deol would also play a leading role in the film. Principal photography began on 9 November, with first 25-day schedule of action sequences in Mumbai.
Race, one of the successful franchises of Bollywood, has undergone a massive shift in its third installment. While previous two films had Saif Ali Khan as the lead, this time the main actor and the entire star cast has been shuffled.
Salman Khan is the master who would take the race to its finishing line while Jacqueline Fernandez along with Daisy Shah, Bobby Deol, Saqib Saleem and Freddy Daaruwala would be supporting him on this journey.
Race 3 is being directed by Remo D’Souza and produced by Ramesh Taurani. The film aims for an Eid release next year.

Race 2 was a 2013 Indian action thriller film directed by Abbas Burmawalla, Mustan Burmawalla and produced under the Tips Music Films banner. It is the sequel to the 2008 film, Race and the second installment of Race film series. It stars an ensemble cast that includes Anil Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan reprising their roles as Robert D’Costa and Ranvir Singh respectively, while Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez are new additions to the cast. Aditya Pancholi is featured as an antagonist in a guest appearance. Bipasha Basu reprised her role of Sonia Martin in a special appearance. Ameesha Patel replaced Sameera Reddy who was assistant to Anil Kapoor in 1st installment.
