A publishing company on Friday said a court has restrained it from selling a book on yoga guru Baba Ramdev.

- Juggernaut Books said in a statement that a district court here “restrained us from publication and sale of ‘Godman to Tycoon: The Untold Story of Baba Ramdev'”.
- It is said they have already got a copy of the court order on Thursday.

- “The allegation of defamation must certainly be heard in the courts and we welcome the chance to defend our book,” it said.
- Juggernaut said the book contained a detailed 25-page note on sources and the interviews,
- articles, police reports and RTI replies used by the author.
- Furthermore, it said “Godman to Tycoon” was a work of “serious journalism”.
- “As the matter is sub justice, we cannot comment on the merits of the case.
- However, we stand by our book, will defend the case and will move the court to vacate the injunction.”
