During the cover page shoot for Vogue India Janhvi opened up about her favourite fashion icon, Janhvi revealed that her mother Late.Shri Devi is the one whom she consider to be her fashion icon for life. Talking about lead actress she admires ,she stated that Nutan, Waheeda Rehman,Madhubala, Pakeezah and Meena Kumari are the one that gave her life to come in bollywood.

She said that Dhadak is the best gift she has received till date, it’s an opportunity to act in Dhadak as lead .She also confessed that she would like to sign more and more movies in upcoming one year and throughout her life. Dhadak is directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Karan Johar and is based on Marathi film ‘Sairat’. Ishaan Khatter is the lead actor opposite Janhvi Kapoor. The film will hit the screen on 20th July 2018.
