The Parmanu actor John Abraham is engaged in shooting for his upcoming film Romeo Akbar Walter. The actress sharing screen with him is Mouni Roy.

The actor had told Media House that the movie is his “most challenging role to date” and that he was nervous about getting into it.
The film also stars Sikander Kher in a negative role.
Apart from these two, the film also stars Mouni Roy opposite John Abraham.
Mouni Roy will be making her Bollywood debut with Akshay Kumar’s ‘Gold’ which is set to release on Independence Day.
She will also be seen in Ranbir Kapoor starrer ‘Brahmastra’.

‘Romeo Akbar Walter’ is directed by Robbie Grewal. Other details of the film have not been shared.
Earlier, actor Sushant Singh Rajput was roped in for the title role in the film,
but the makers of the movie mutually parted ways with the actor due to “unavoidable circumstances”.
John is fresh from the success of ‘Parmanu – The Story of Pokhran’,
his home production which is inching close to the Rs 60 crore mark.
About the Movie- ‘RAW’
RAW, which is an acronym for Romeo, Akbar, Walter, is based on true events.
John will be essaying the role of a RAW agent and will sport multiple looks in the film.
The spy-thriller will be shot across Gujarat, Kashmir, Delhi, and Nepal over a period of two months.
A few portions of the film will be shot in Kashmir as well.
Along with John, who stepped in to play the lead after Sushant Singh Rajput opted out in October last year,
the film will also feature Jackie Shroff.
