Monobina From Gold -Akshay Kumar & Mouni Roy ‘s jazz song has a beautiful old-world charm to it.

The makers of Gold have just released the next track from the film titled Monobina!

It’s a celebratory track in the film that features Akshay Kumar, Mouni Roy along with the ensemble cast Kunal Kapoor, Amit Sadh, Sunny Kaushal and Vineet Kumar.

Akshay Kumar and Mouni Roy both have traditional Bengali look with rhythmic music and crazy lyrics and a clasp step. Monobina makes this song pure Gold.

The set is of the vintage look and the costumes blend in correctly with the theme. Mouni looks true Bengali beauty.


It’s an out and out foot tapping number that’s been composed by Tanishk Bagchi, sung by Yaseer Desai, Shashaa Tirupati, Monali Thakur & Farhad Bhiwandiwala, written by VAYU and has been choreographed by the duo Bosco-Caesar.

The song sets a perfect backdrop number, with a fascinating hook step and interesting lyrics, arriving at a point where Team India is all set to go and represent their country at the 1948 Olympics in London.

Monobina song gives us major retro feels as Akshay grooves with jazz girls along with his Bengali Babu twist.

His onscreen wife Mouni, who as seen in the earlier song Chad Gayi Hai is equally embarrassed with her husband here also.

But later she gives in and makes sure to enjoy the jazz night the way Akshay is seen enjoying by singing and dancing.

The song is a multilingual track with English, Hindi and even Bengali which is hummed by Mouni.

The new song titled Monobina from Akshay Kumar and Mouni Roy starrer Gold is out.

This is the fourth song to be released after Naino Ne Baandhi, Chad Gayi Hai and Ghar Layenge Gold.

In the song, Akshay Kumar is seen raising a toast with his hockey team so as to get prepared to get a Gold medal at the Olympics.

The song gives a glimpse that no matter how happy the occasion is, the priority is to see a free-India getting international acclamation for Gold.

Talking about Monobina, the song is sung by Yasser Desai, Shashaa Tirupati, Monali Thakur and Farhad Bhiwandiwala.

The music is composed by Tanishk Bagchi while the lyrics are penned by Vayu.

Gold is directed by Reema Kagti and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar.

Akshay Kumar tweeted today :”Swag mera desi  Tapan Das, one of my most interesting onscreen character coming to you on 15th August.” giving us one more glimpse of the character he going to potray.


The film is slated to release on the occasion of Independence Day i.e., August 15, 2018.
