Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra are all set to co-star together in Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bharat. Salman welcomed Priyanka on board with a tweet that had a hilarious disclaimer for the actress, whom we’ve all but lost to Hollywood. But Priyanka, a ‘desi girl forever,’ is very happy to be a part of team Bharat.

Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra are set to share screen space after a decade in Bharat, and their fans can’t keep calm. After months of speculation, Ali Abbas Zafar revealed that Priyanka is on board for his next film. With Bharat, Priyanka will be making her comeback in Bollywood after two years.

Welcoming the global star of India on board, Dabangg Khan tweet in his own inimitable style, “Bharat welcomes you back home, Priyanka Chopra. See you soon. By the way, humari film Hindi hai ;),”

Giving him befitting reply, Priyanka Chopra hit back at the actor’s tweet in a much more epic way as she wrote in the National language. “UP Bareily ki pali badhi hoon janaab.. #DesiGirl forever. Very happy to be a part of #Bharat and see all of u on set!!”

As We all know just how close Bollywood buddies Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra are with each other. They have worked together in Bollywood from the film ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karogi’ to ‘Salaam-E-Ishq’. Also, Salman Khan had reportedly played a big role in Priyanka Chopra’s ‘Zanjeer’, that was the start of their friendship.

Bharat, which is all set to be shot in various parts of the world including Spain and Abu Dhabi, will hit the theatres on Eid 2019. The film is an official adaptation of 2014 Korean film Ode to My Father, which depicted modern Korean history from the 1950s to the present day through the life of an ordinary man.
