After 2 years she is making a comeback with show ‘Nazar’. She shared her happiness for her role in the show.
2 Years Gap for Smita Bansal
Smita is a well known name and face in Indian Television Industry, she has acted in many serials.
She made her television debut with the serial Kora Kagaz in 1998, it used to air on Star Plus.
Later she rose to fame with Ekta Kapoor’s hit show Kahani Ghar Ghar ki.
Balika Vadhu was the milestone for her career, she was also won best supporting role award at ITA Awards.
She was last seen in daily soap Jaana Na Dil Se Door, as Suman Vashisht.
Which aired from 9th May 2016 and went off air in 30 June 2017.
Smita did a supporting role in the show, her role ended in the show in 2016.
Its been 2 years for her, she didn’t appeared in any show since then.
Now Smita is making her comeback with show Nazar.

Nazar will soon air on Star Plus, it is based on the modern India that believes in Dark Energies.
Smita is happy and excited for the show.
She shared “I am excited to be part of a project that challenges me to think outside my comfort zone. I love playing characters that have different layers to it and are meaningful”.
She further added “I have waited for two years to play a role like this and I am very grateful to the makers for getting me on board for the show.”
