Sushant Singh Rajput At Launch event spoke about his rules for endorsing a brand and said, he would never endorse a fairness cream.
Initially got paid Rs 250 only
- “Whenever I get an offer I always see what a brand stands for, it is a very important thing for me.
- I want to do certain things in life which needs a certain reputation so that I can truly contribute,
- So what a brand stands for is crucial for me.
- There are few things I would never endorse one would be fairness cream I wouldn’t do it.
- I don’t support any kind of brands that discriminate.”
- Sushant was asked about his upcoming film Chanda Mama Door Ke, he said,
- “It is a quite challenging film because it will be India’s first space film and knowing that we
- all loved seeing Gravity and Interstellar and we don’t have 110 million Dollars to make the film.
- so it is extremely challenging for us to make this film and give you the same experience without having that much of funding we are doing our best.”
- “I always wanted to go to NASA, I stayed there and did everything an astronaut is suppose to do.
- I am going to make sure to do my best so I don’t to disappoint you.” He further added.
- When asked what ‘Dust to Glory’ means to him, Dhoni the untold Story’s actor said,
- “After I dropped out from a prestigious college I took interest in performing arts. When I was doing theater,
- I was getting paid only 250 per show but I was actually enjoying it. I was a background dancer with Shiamak Davar.
- Furthermore,I didn’t know and I didn’t obsess that one day I will be a Bollywood star.
- But at that point of time in my life,I was really enjoying it.
- Then TV happened and then Films and now with all the Fame and all the money I can
- only match the level of excitement that was already there 10 years back.
- For me, it was never about obsessing about my future but being in the moment and enjoying it.”
- Sushant is currently shooting for his upcoming film Chanda Mama Door ke directed by Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan, which will release in January 2018.
