Portraying Former Prime Minister on screen is not that easy;
In an interview, the 63-years-old actor said this is the most difficult film for him, and it’s not easy to portray the former PM on screen.
Kher had said, “I am approaching this part of Dr. Manmohan Singh completely from an actor’s point of view.
There is a book and screenplay for reference.
I have worked on it for six months.
It is the most difficult film as he is the most visible person and so it is not easy to portray him.
Also, the world knows him.
His language, his movement… so it is more difficult.
I need to internalize the character and be that person.”
The movie is based on Sanjay Baru’s novel by the same name.
The director of the movie is Vijay Ratnakar Gutte.
It also features Akshaye Khana, Suzanne Bernert and Aahana Kumra in pivotal roles.
The film is produced by Bohra Bros and is slated to release on December 21.
