Uday Chopra’s experience about battling Depression!!

Uday Chopra son of filmmaker Yash Chopra took new initiative and opened up about how to battle depression.

Over the past few years, our Bollywood celebrities have taken up initiatives on their own to spread awareness about the consequences and remedies of mental illness.

The likes of Deepika Padukone, Karan Johar, and Shaheen Bhatt have put up a brave front by confessing about their sufferings and encouraging the others to do the same.

These public personalities have helped the ones who suffer from depression either by their words of wisdom or by setting up a foundation for them.

When Deepika opened up about depression;

She expressed how depression affected her career and she lost several movie roles.

Even though she was unsure but she claimed that there might be producers

who didn’t approach her because of the same reason.

Deepika also said that it’s important for school curriculum to have mental health.

Batting for the introduction of mental health as a part of the curriculum in schools across the country,

she said the idea will help do away with the stigma attached to it.

Uday Chopra  who Suffered depression;

One such celebrity who was suffering from severe depression recently chose to spoke about the same on Twitter.

The celebrity we are speaking of is legendary filmmaker Yash Chopra’s son Uday Chopra.

The actor, who shot to fame with the ‘Dhoom’ series has been away from the limelight for a long time now.

Few pictures of Uday Chopra had surfaced sometime back,

which left everyone in the state of denial.

The actor, who was once among the fittest actors of Bollywood had suddenly put on a lot of weight.

The reason for the same was never revealed by the actor though.

While a recent series of tweets by the actor speaks a lot about his state and his absence from the industry.

The actor in his tweets revealed about his suffering and even shared few tips for battling the illness.
