AIMIM Leader Akbaruddin Owaisi Mocks PM Narendra Modi, Advices Him to Move up beyond the ‘Chai’ politics.
Hyderabad, December 3: A day after All Indian All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi hits out at Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Akbaruddin Owaisi took a jibe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Mocking PM Modi for publicising him as ‘Chaiwala’ , Akbaruddin advised him to move up beyond the ‘Chai’ politics.
Addressing a public meeting at Volta X Road in Moghulpura, Akbaruddin reminded PM Modi that he is no more a Chaiwala and it’s high time he should stop using tea for publicity, as he is the Premier of India.
He said, “Every time he (PM Modi) speaks, he talks about tea. Even during demonetisation.
This tea, that tea, strong tea, soft tea. Is he a PM or anyone else? You were a tea seller, and now you are the Prime Minister. Better behave like that (Baat karein ki ‘chai chai chai, chai. Har waqt vahi, demonetisation. Ye chai, vo chai, kadak chai, naram chai. Ye Wazir-e-Azam hain ya kya hain? Arey chaiwala tha, ab Wazir-e-Azam hai. Wazir-e-Azam jaisa ban jao).”
In the same meeting, he attacked Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adiyanath for advising Owaisi’s to leave Hyderabad, if BJP comes to power in the state. Taking a jibe at Adityanath, Akbaruddin said, “Today a new one came, wears different clothes, does drama. Luckily became the Chief Minister and claims to throw out Owaisis as they did with Nizam. Who are you? Fifty-six came like you and went away. Beside Owaisis, even their 1,000 generations will stay in this country and will fight with you.”
