Update on Qazigund Attack
Two Indian Army Jawans was killed in Qazigund Attack and five others injured when terrorists attacked a military vehicle on the Jammu-Srinagar Highway.
According to defence sources, two jawans succumbed to their injuries. The convoy was heading to Srinagar from Jammu when the incident occurred near Lower Munda, Qazigund Kashmir.
Three injured soldiers have been airlifted to Srinagar based 92 Base army hospital.
Another injured soldier is being treated at Qazigund.

Naik Deepak Methi of 54 FD regiment

Following the attack the 300-km long strategic highway has been closed for vehicular moment.
