देवीपाटन मंडल का हिस्सा ‘बहराइच’ जिला ( Bahraich Lok Sabha )  उत्तरप्रदेश के 75 जिलों में से एक है| एक जमाने में यह जिला ऐतिहासिक अवध का हिस्सा हुआ करता था जो नानपारा तालुकदारी के अन्दर आता था|

बहराइच लोकसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में उत्तर प्रदेश की पांच विधानसभा सीटें आती है.
