Beams of yellow stimulates our little ones with happiness, optimism, enlightment & creativity.With an objective to recapitulate and reinforce the effects of yellow colour pre-primary and primary section celebrated “Yellow Day” on 24th July 2018.
Yellow Day:
- A day for the colour yellow was marked with children dressed in hues and tints of yellow.
- Children were not only beautifully dressed but all brought yellow objects to make a wonderful “Yellow Day.”
- As the theme for the day was yellow tiffins were filled with bananas, mangoes, pineapple custard, etc.
- Amazing attractive yellow coloured toys like racing cars, balloons, smiley, dolls, and balls made the learning environment active & sporty.
- A garden with paper sunflowers, paper wind mills was set up by primary section.
- There were recycled CD fishes, 3D aquarium projects made by our K.G. students.
- Our tender tots enjoyed these activities and were very happy when they got smiley’s & message’s props in hand.
- Focusing on the theme yellow teachers of primary section planned various art and fun learning activities.
- When learning is fun and knowledge is acquired through experience, there unfolds the highest form of research.
- Our students of ‘Grade V’ tried their hands on and achieved building a hand-made projector.
- And so our ‘Grade IV’ students made a working model on opposite words.
- The bulletin boards were reverberated with quotes, appealing posters, sunflower highlighting the essence of colour yellow.
- Cheerful children attired in yellow outfits were sparkling with optimism, enlightment & happiness.
- Beams of yellow shades carried the promise of positive future, creative thoughts in the young minds.
- Yellow: the colour of wisdom and intellectual energy.
