Suman Saurabh was born on 12 January 1993, his father’s name is Mr. Manoj Kumar, Mother’s name is Mrs. Aradhana and sister’s name is Ms. Shruti Kiran. Saurabh has done his graduation and post-graduation in Social Work discipline. In a very short time, he has gained vast experience. By his skills and dedication, he has benefitted the various vulnerable groups who are at heightened risk, facing discrimination and need protection including Women, Children, Elderly, Especially abled etc. Professionally Saurabh suman is continuously supporting all the needy ones and considerably contributing towards social purposes.
During his graduation only, he started this noble work. He tried his best to relieve people’s suffering. He fought for social justice and improved the lives and communities.
While supporting the needy ones, Mr. Suman has focused both on the person and their environment. He has also dealt with the external factors that impact a person’s situation and outlook and created opportunities for assessment and intervention, to help peoples and communities cope effectively with their reality and change that reality when necessary. He has also done the remarkable job in helping the people to deal not only with how they feel about a situation but also with what they can do about it.
Saurabh Suman is continuously advocating with the various NGOs, hospitals, INGOs, and government authorities so that needy population can be supported. He thinks that we should not use the term Beneficiary as in social work we are not giving extra benefits to the needy ones. It’s their right to access free education, equal livelihood opportunities, treatment facilities in government hospitals as these things are meant for the needy ones. In Social Work, we are just bridging the gaps between the helper and the needy ones. He is setting up an wonderful example for the ones who are thinking to take Social Work as a Profession.
