A well known suicide case of Bollywood actress Jiah Khan has taken a new twist after a British forensic expert claimed that the act of hanging was staged up.
Proofs are Fabricated :
- Jason Payne-James is a forensic expert in Forensic Healthcare Services Ltd. United Kingdom.
- James studied the medical and post-mortem reports, analysed photographs of Jiah’s body.
- He also reviewed CCTV grabs and pictures of her room for his investigation.
- After that he concluded that Jiah’s case is all staged up as it doesn’t seemed as a normal suicide case to him.
- During his investigation he found that injuries are due to assultive act such as punching or a mouth choking.
- He also added that mere dupatta can’t create such impressions on the neck that are found on Jiah’s body.
- His statement is considered as a contradiction to the state forensic reports which has given the case a new turn.
- State reports said that marks on the face were due to friction with the teeth during the commission of the act.
- As well as the ligature marks on her neck are due to the pressure of dupatta while committing the act of suicide.
- He also questioned the Indian investigator’s failure to explore theories other than suicide.
- On June 3rd 2013 the actress found hanged from a ceiling fan in her Juhu based apartment.
- Actor Aditya Pancholi’s son Sooraj was charged under the case as both were in a relationship at that time.
- Last year Actor Sooraj was released from all the charges as the case was considered as a suicide.
- Unhappy with the decision of court Jiah’s mother Rabia had roped Payne-James.
