Golden Jubilee Celebration of Loreto Convent’s 1973 batch
The 7th and 8th of October witnessed a bevy of 65 years plus young ladies transform into a giggly bunch of 16 year olds. The heartwarming event was witnessed at Loreto Convent, Lucknow when 40 friends met to commemorate their Golden Jubilee Anniversary. Upholding the values of their Alma Mater, these remarkable ladies made a distinct impact in all walks of life – education, civil services, medical, banking, armed forces etc The list is endless, each one an achiever in her own way.
They met again after 50 years to renew those bonds of yesteryears. Two days of gay abandon, visiting every nook and corner of the school, singing the Loreto Chorus in the special assembly. Photographs clicked, the entire atmosphere was electrifying.
The Loreto Alumnae Association had a Meet and Greet for the batch wherein there was cake cutting and a group photo taken that will be framed and gifted to them to carry as a beautiful memory of their celebration.
