Guru Nanak Girls College is celebrating its 2 days long Cultural Fest Abhimukh 2017 on 16th and 17th November. The Students participated in the fest with full anticipation , be it in the competitions or the organisation of the event.
The fest started on 16th November with Shiva Prayers and lightening of lamp by Chief Guest Prof. S.P Singh (V.C Lucknow University),Dr. Dinesh Kumar , Dr. D.k Srivastava and principal of Guru Nanak Girls Degree college Dr. Kamla Bisht.
All the guests were honored and welcomed with warmth and love by giving them momentous and flowers.
There were in total 12 events conducted on the first day of the event in which students from more than 30 college actively participated . the Events included 5 formal Events , 5 informal events and a fashion show and freestyle western dance.
The formal events included English and Hindi Debates on Topics Technology helping or hutrting joobs in developing countries and “Swachhata abhiyan ki sarthakta maatra vigyapan”, Street Play and Dance . Whereas in the informals events,Rangoli, Collage making story writting , essay writing and other such competitions were conducted.
Students from different college actively participated and displayed their talents at the event.
