सुप्रीम कोर्ट – कोरोना के कारण अनाथ हुए बच्चों के नाम पर चंदा वसूलने वालों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई हो

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आज एक महत्वपूर्ण फ़ैसले में सभी राज्य सरकारों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों को निर्देश दिया कि वह उन लोगों और संस्थाओं के खिलाफ त्वरित और सख्त कार्रवाई करे जो कोरोना माहामारी के कारण अनाथ हुए बच्चों के नाम पर धन इकट्ठा करके अपनी तिजोरियां भरने में लगे हैं।

It is to be known that in recent times, the Supreme Court has made several announcements for the rehabilitation of children orphaned due to Corona. Under one of these announcements, the Supreme Court had directed the district magistrates of all the districts to trace all those children whose one or both the relatives have died due to corona. In the same order, the court had also directed the district magistrates to meet the basic needs of those orphaned children. 

Today’s order is a part of this episode in which the Supreme Court was informed that some non-governmental organizations (NGOs) are collecting donations from people in the name of rehabilitation of children orphaned by Corona, but for this work no one are not trying. Taking cognizance of this information, the Supreme Court today directed all the state governments. It is expected that after this order, the state governments should take strict action against such NGOs and people and this hoax will stop.
