Nagaland governor dismissed CM Shurhozelie Liezietsu. Nagaland governor P.B Acharya dismissed chief minister Shurhozelie Liezietsu on Wednesday. It has been said that in order that, Shurhozelie has failed to obtain vote of confidence despite repeated opportunities given for the same.
CM government dismissed in Nagaland:
- Nagaland governor P.B Acharya dismissed chief minister Shurhozelie Liezietsu on Wednesday.
- T.R Zeliang, senior leader of Naga People’s Front (NPF) has been appointed as the new chief minister of the state.
CM failed to obtain vote of confidence in majority:
- Governor dismissed Leizietsu after he did not turn up at the special session for the floor test.
- Officer has given information regarding this.
- He said, Governor has invited rebel NPF’s senior leader and constitutive Zeliang for the rule.
- In addition, T.R Zeliang will take oath in Raj Bhawan for Chief Minister’s post.
- He has been asked to prove his majority in the House till July,22.
